Donald Trump torched “woke” Howard Stern after the disk jockey delivered another attack on the former president earlier this week.
Trump responded to the leftist talk show host by describing him as a broken weirdo, unattractive both inside and out, trying like hell to be relevant.”
In a Truth Social post on Saturday, Trump called out Howard Stern for alienating many of his fans after becoming a a woke left-wing activist.
“The real Howard Stern is a weak, pathetic, and disloyal guy who lost his friends and MUCH of his audience,” Trump wrote.
“I did his show many times in the good old days, and then he went woke, and nobody cares about him any longer,” he continued.
Trump said that Stern’s “influence is gone, and without that, he’s got NOTHING.”
He added:
“Just a broken weirdo, unattractive both inside and out, trying like hell to be relevant.”
Earlier this week, Stern said he was proud of being called “woke” and considered it a compliment in a bizarre rant attacking former president Donald Trump.
“I am woke, motherfucker, and I love it!” he said.
“By the way, I kind of take that as a compliment that I’m woke,” he added.
“If woke means I can’t get behind Trump, which is what I think it means, or that I support people who want to be transgender or I’m for the vaccine, dude, call me woke as you fucking want,” Stern said.
The term “woke” was used to describe people who have fallen for the left-wing narrative and ideology, believing in systemic racism and other minorities, and was used for people who were supposedly “outside the system.”
But being woke is just another strategy the system uses to hijack and manipulate the public and steer them away from more important things they could be angry about, like government corruption or child trafficking.
This isn’t the first time Stern has attacked Trump and his supporters.
Last year, the woke disk jockey attacked MAGA supporters by calling them “morons.”
Stern spun a conspiracy theory while speculating about the ongoing investigation of classified documents at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort, suggesting that Trump smuggled sensitive federal documents out of the White House “to do business with Russia and Saudi Arabia.”
Stern even teased a presidential run in 2024, claiming, “There’s no way I’d lose.”
However, it looks like Stern may have alienated his audience even to have a remote chance of a political campaign.
In 2022, Stern openly suggested that there would be a second civil war if Republican Herschel Walker claimed the U.S. Senate seat in Georgia.
“Herschel Walker. Holy f**k! They’re saying he’s going to win in Georgia,” he said.
“Are you fucking dummies? They always talk about another Civil War; well, I think there is going to be one,” the radio host added.
“I mean, how the fuck could you elect that guy. You got to be out of your fucking skull,” Stern continued.
During the height of the COVID pandemic, Stern called on hospitals not to treat people who did not receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
In 2020, Stern declared he was “all in” for then-candidate Joe Biden before telling Trump supporters to drink bleach and die.
He also admitted that crippling fear of the virus caused tension with his wife.
“My wife yelled at me last night. We got into a fight,” he said.
“You know how paranoid I am about getting COVID… I’m just expressing my fear to you, and I’m scared.”
It’s sad to see the once ‘anti-establishment shock jock descend into a puppet for the left.
