Tucker Carlson issued a stark warning on Tuesday over the likely possibility of illegal immigrants voting in the 2024 election through a hidden loophole to circumvent the US Legal code.
If you’re wondering why Democrats are not too bothered about Biden’s abysmal polling, this could be the reason.
Carlson highlighted the loophole during an interview with the founder of True the Vote, Catherine Engelbrecht.
“The US Code, as of right now, would allow illegal aliens to vote in the upcoming presidential election,” the clip of Carlson began.
The video focused on a portion of US Code Title 18, specifically section 611, which relates to voting by aliens.
Subsection A of Section 611 states:
“It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner.”
However, subsection c clarifies:
“Subsection (a) does not apply to an alien if…the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting in violation of such subsection that he or she was a citizen of the United States.”

“Title 18 says if the alien reasonably believed at the time of voting that he or she is a citizen of the United States, that they are subject to no prosecution,” Engelbrecht said in the video.
“We’ve seen many many people coming across the border who are talking about their excitement about voting for Joe Biden, and claiming they are citizens.”
“This is something that I truly believe we could wake up the day after the election and say ‘what has just happened?'” she added.
“And there’s no way to undo it at that point,” she continued.
“We’ve got to get ahead of it, we’ve got to have this debate now.”
“I mean, the election already seems rigged,” Carlson suggested.
“It does seem like the fix is in,” Engelbrecht confirmed.
“But, the American people are the reason for hope.”
Other conservatives have suggested that the Biden Administration is allowing illegal immigrants to enter the United States on purpose in order to get them to vote in the 2024 election.
As we reported earlier, Biden himself even admitted this during an interview.
“It’s even a bigger influx now in terms of Hispanic voters! Err, Hispanic citizens,” Biden said.

Engelbrecht discussed her organization’s steps to prevent the Biden Administration from using illegal immigrant votes in 2024.
“In 2021, under Executive Order 14019, the Biden Administration weaponized all agencies of the federal government to push voter registration in populations where eligibility statuses cannot be effectively tracked, like students, prisoners, and non-citizens,” the project’s website reads.
“Then, they abandoned the borders. In just the last three years, over 10,000,000 illegal aliens have been added to the federal dole.”
“And now, with a recent letter from Senate Democrats pleading with President Biden to grant citizenship, it is critical to address the possibility that another Executive Order could be coming before November, offering amnesty and citizenship to this carefully groomed voting bloc,” it continues.
