A top conservative campaign group will host the top GOP candidates 2024 at a donor retreat in Florida this weekend, but president Donald Trump is not invited.
The RINOs are truly out of the woodwork.
According to a report from Yahoo, the Club for Growth group will see former U.N. ambassador Nikki Haley and conservative influencer Vivek Ramaswamy headline the meeting.
Top Republicans yet to declare their candidacies are expected to attend the event, including Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, and New Hampshire Gov. Chris Sununu.
However, President Donald Trump is the only declared candidate not attending the event.
Supposed “non-biased” Yahoo journalist authored the report of the event, Tom LoBianco, who slanders Trump in his report accusing him of helping “spark the Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection with his 2020 election lies and is widely blamed for the GOP’s poor showing in the 2022 midterms”.
This should tell you what you need to know about the GOP elite donors and candidates attending the Palm Beach event.
The Club for Growth is an established conservative group that played key roles in funneling donor dollars to Republican candidates.
Trump slammed the group on Truth Social earlier this month, calling them “an assemblage of political misfits, globalists, and losers.”
The news comes days after failed Trump challenger Jeb Bush praised Ron DeSantis and expressed support for potential presidential candidacy.
As Bush emphasized the need for a “more forward-leaning future” and affirmed his belief that DeSantis has the opportunity to run for higher office.
“There are people in public life that are kind of check the box politicians, and then there are others they want to serve, and Governor DeSantis is one of those,” the former Florida governor said during a Fox Nation special on DeSantis.
It’s all starting to make sense.
