Democratic New York City Mayor Eric Adams was confronted by an irate passenger on a flight returning to the city from Miami.
In a video posted to X, Adams can seen sitting in a middle row, looking at his phone, when a passenger suddenly approaches him.
“Are you Eric Adams?” the passenger asks.
Adams nods “yes” in response.
“Yeah, fuck you! You support the genocide in Palestine,” the passenger screams.
“There are homeless people all over New York, [but] you’re always partying.”
“You don’t actually care about the citizens of New York,” the passenger continues.
Another passenger sitting next to Adams appears to block the passenger yelling at the Democratic Mayor.
However, the passenger continues to yell at Adams.
Eventually, passengers behind the screaming woman tell her she’s holding up the line.
“Why are you even in Miami?” the passenger says in the video.

“You know there are people being arrested there, people are homeless in New York, people can not afford food, you keep cutting the education budget so you can fund the police.”
“That’s all you care about — funding the police! Everything is underfunded because of you.”
Tensions across New York City are at an all-time high after pro-Palestine protesters as activists gathered at Columbia University earlier this month.
Hundreds of arrests were made after other activists gathered on school campuses across the U.S., such as Yale and UC Berkley.
Earlier this month, Adams urged residents to stop mentioning the city’s crime problem in an apparent attempt to gaslight the public into thinking it was down.
“Can we please stop saying we’re up in crime in our subway system?” Adams said.
“We are not! We’re down in crime in the subway system,” he added.
The Mayor also reiterated a controversial comment that the resident’s perception of crime, not the crime itself, has skyrocketed.
