Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi became irate after she was fact-checked by MSNBC’s Katy Tur, who reminded her that job losses under President Donald Trump were attributed to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Pelosi began spewing lies about how many jobs Joe Biden created compared to Trump before she was given a reality check.
“[Biden] created 9 million jobs in his term in office,” Pelosi began.
“Donald Trump has the worst record of job loss of any President.”
“So we just have to make sure people know,” Pelosi said.
“There was a global pandemic,” Tur pointed out.
Pelosi, looking angered, looked off the camera for a second before snapping.
“He had the worst record of any President!” Pelosi shouted.
“We had other concerns in our country.”
“If you want to be an apologist for Donald Trump, that may be your role, but it ain’t mine.”
Watch
“I don’t think anybody can accuse me of that,” Tur responded as Pelosi spiraled into a meltdown.
Democrats constantly attempt to gaslight the American public with the debunked talking point that Trump was the “worst President in history” in terms of jobs.
However, they fail to consider that the whole world suffered losses when COVID-19 hit.
It wasn’t Trump’s fault, and it certainly wasn’t isolated to just the United states.
We can expect the “orange man bad” argument to ramp up ahead of the election.
