Hunter Biden’s lawyer, Kevin Morris, was snapped smoking a bong in broad daylight during a visit from Biden, according to a report from the Daily Mail.
Hunter Biden visited Morris at his Pacific Palisades home on Thursday when photographers captured Biden arriving in a black SUV.
A woman in a yellow floral dress greeted Biden before he entered Morris’s home.
Later, Biden’s lawyer Morris was photographed on his balcony smoking a bong.
While it is unknown what substance was in the bong, recreational marijuana use is legal in California.
Morris was dubbed Biden’s “sugar brother” after loaning him $2.8 million to pay off his tax debts, the Mail reported.
Morris is also a part of Biden’s legal team that secured the first son a sweetheart plea agreement on Biden’s charge by federal authorities of illegally possessing a handgun and failing to pay two years’ worth of federal taxes.
It also appears Hunter Biden’s plea deal includes him not facing prison time and will get off with a slap on the wrist.
Similarly, President Donald Trump likened the punishment to a “traffic ticket.”
“Wow! The corrupt Biden DOJ just cleared up hundreds of years of criminal liability by giving Hunter Biden a mere ‘traffic ticket.’ Our system is BROKEN!” Trump wrote in a Truth Social post.
The deal for Hunter comes just a week after Trump was arraigned on 37 counts relating to classified documents he allegedly stored at his home in Mar-a-Lago.
Trump faces 400 years in prison if convicted on all counts.
