An idiot criminal thug who attempted to carjack undercover cops received instant justice after the incident was caught on camera.
The viral clip was taken from police bodycam footage which showed the 21-year-old criminal approaching the cop(s) in their shop (car) on June 19th, 2023, according to the Courier-Journal.
The would-be carjacker, sporting a black balaclava, holds up a handgun at the undercover cops through the car window before opening the officer’s door and continues holding out the weapon.
The cop, later identified as Louisville Metro Police Department veteran cop Matt Hayden, was having none of it.
“Police!” the cop screams before firing off a hail of bullets at the carjacker.
The man hits the ground in the less than 15-second ordeal.
“Shots fired. Shots fired,” the cop calls into his walkie.
“F*ck, what is your deal, bro?” he then screams.

Throughout the commotion, it is hard to tell if the bullets hit the guy or not.
The carjacker ends up on his back, hands up, and immediately surrenders to the officer.
According to reports, the man later died from the wounds, the Courier-Journal reported.
According to interim Chief Jackie Gwinn-Villaroel, the two officers in the vehicle promptly attempted to provide medical assistance.
Jaggers succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.
Gwinn-Villaroel said the officers were in the area for an unrelated investigation.
“Based on bodycam footage, Mr. Jaggers was armed when he opened the driver’s side door of the police vehicle and when the bullets fired by Officer Hayden struck him,” Kentucky State Police Public Affairs Commander Capt. Paul Blanton said.
