A disturbing DUI arrest of an alleged child rapist was captured on a police bodycam showing officers discovering the man with six young boys and girls in his car and empty bottles of tequila and Fireball whiskey.
Jeremy Guthrie was arrested in 2022 after driving erratically. After being stopped, police discovered the children — one of which he allegedly raped and impregnated after meeting on social media.
Police bodycam footage showed the 41-year-old pedophile driving across a highway and behaving incoherently once stopped.
Police were stunned to find the car full of young boys and girls, who Guthrie claimed were “his friends.”

Guthrie failed the sobriety field test before being arrested.
At one point in the video, Guthrie appeared baffled by the preliminary question, “Have you ever suffered a traumatic brain injury?”
He was then charged with driving under the influence and six counts of child abuse.
Guthrie was accused of raping a 12-year-old girl who was in the car.
The girl had a miscarriage during a year of sexual abuse.
The girl’s twin was also in the car, which Guthrie allegedly sent her lewd texts and is also suspected of raping her too.
“It makes me sick. I’m livid about what he did to my granddaughters,” the girl’s grandmother told KRQE News 13.
“And he’s just a very, very sick person.”
As The New York Post reported:
According to the Albuquerque Journal, Guthrie is suspected of raping at least one other underage girl.
In the body-cam footage of his arrest, Guthrie struggled to find his wallet after police asked for his driver’s license.
“There’s your wallet right there, between your legs,” the officer said.
Finally handing over the wallet, Guthrie said, “Sorry, just a little bit nervous.”
Stepping out of the car, the fly of Guthrie’s jeans was unbuttoned, and he began to insist he hadn’t had anything to drink despite the officers saying he reeked of alcohol.
As one of the police returned to the truck to speak with the kids inside, another officer began to ask Guthrie preliminary questions for a field sobriety test.
Asked whether he had suffered any traumatic brain injuries, Guthrie responded, “Possibly; how would you know such things?”
Then asked whether he had any conditions that affected his balance, Guthrie said, “Possibly.”
Guthrie was then incapable of understanding the officer’s directions to recite the alphabet from H through S. While counting down from 62 to 47, he skipped the 50s altogether and slugged away slowly into the 30s.
Revisiting the alphabet challenge, Guthrie said, “I don’t like that one.”
Open tequila and Fireball whiskey bottles were found in the car during the test.
Satisfied with the evidence, the officers finally cuffed Guthrie and put him in their squad car.
A text message Guthrie sent a victim from prison, explaining that a guard lent him the phone
Guthrie allegedly sent text messages to one of his teenage rape victims using a prison guard’s cell phone.
The children’s parents arrived on the scene on the side of the highway to collect them.
Not long after Guthrie’s arrest, the twin girls’ grandmother informed police that he’d been raping and sexually abusing the girls for over a year.
One of the girls told police that she’d met Guthrie on Snapchat, according to the Albuquerque Journal, and that he’d been regularly raping her “over a lengthy time span.”
She said he recorded at least one of the assaults, had been using cocaine and methamphetamine, and owned numerous guns.
According to the twins’ grandmother, he began texting one of them asking for money and claimed he’d used a prison guard’s phone to do it.
According to records, Guthrie remains behind bars in Albuquerque’s Metropolitan Detention Center.

If the grandmother knew he’d been r*ping the girls for a year, why didn’t she do anything about it?
