Former Hawaii Democrat Representative Tulsi Gabbard torched Joe Biden for “politicizing” DOJ D and using “state security apparatus to go after political opponents” such as former President Donald Trump.
In a video posted to X, formerly known as Twitter, Tulsi Gabbard said the Biden administration is threatening the state of our democracy by weaponizing the DOJ to punish Trump.
In a caption posted with the video, Gabbard said:
“A death rattle of any democracy is when a sitting president uses the state security apparatus to go after political opponents and cover up lies and crimes committed by himself or his family.”

The former Democrat said Biden has made it clear he “believes himself to be not the enforcer of the rule of law but the exception to it.”
When asked about Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings and whether Joe Biden was involved, she said it seems he was “given the evidence that we are seeing.”
Gabbard added that it sickens her that Democrats are defending the Biden administration, given its actions going after Trump.
Joe Biden’s son had been placed on the board of Burisma, a Ukrainian energy company, to “legally” intimidate people, according to testimony from one of his former associates, Devon Archer.
When he was Vice President, Biden made several calls to Hunter during dinners with Burisma associates and foreign oligarchs.
According to the Congressional Oversight Committee, the people Hunter interacted with eventually paid him and his business partners around $20 million.
Hunter and other Biden family members have been given leeway regarding plea deals.
However, Trump is facing four indictments for the oncoming 2024 election.
Trump blasted the Biden administration, calling them a part of a “two-tier” justice system looking to silence opponents.
