Leftist reporter George Stephanopoulos attempted to scoff at Donald Trump’s attorney’s legal arguments against the former president’s indictments but was quickly shut down.
Trump is now facing a second indictment for allegedly mishandling classified documents.
Trump will appear in federal court in Miami on Tuesday to answer the charges against him.
While charges are potentially serious in nature, no one is asking about Joe Biden’s mishandling of classified documents.
Indeed if Trump can be indicted for allegedly mishandling classified documents, then Biden should also be indicted for the documents he stored in his garage from when he served as Vice president.
But as we’ve already learned over these painful last few years, it’s one rule for Biden and the leftists and another rule for Trump.
As Trump repeatedly states, it is totally unfair and corrupt.
On Friday, George Stephanopoulos interviewed Trusty on “Good Morning America” on Trump’s indictments, asking the attorney if the former president should be held accountable for his actions just like anyone else would.
The fact that Biden is being accused of the same thing as Trump, but nothing is being done about it spells out that this is nothing more than a political attack.
“No person is below the law; that’s really the issue here,” Trusty said.
“You’ve got these investigations in Delaware that are 1,000 times more serious by a sitting president who has authorized his DOJ to try to sink the candidacy of his prime opposition while that guy has unsecured documents that he stole out of a skiff dozens of years ago.”
Stephanopoulos called Trusty’s claim “ridiculous,” to which Trust quickly snapped back, pointing out there are thousands of boxes of classified documents which have been found in Biden’s home
“You have the ultimate unclean hands of a current sitting president who had no declassification, had none of the protections of President Trump, and who literally had to have stolen stuff from a skiff,” Trusty said.

Trusty concluded that “unequal treatment and fairness” under the law was at issue.
That is exactly what is going on with the Trump indictment.
Nobody is arguing that Trump should be above the law, but they are saying that if Trump should be charged, then Biden should face similar charges.
The indictment is clearly politically motivated.
As MNSBC host Rachel Maddow admitted, it is nothing more than a “political” solution” to stop Trump from becoming president.
