Former President Donald Trump promised that leftist news networks, MSNBC and NBC News, will be investigated for “country-threatening treason” if he is reelected as president in 2024.
In an explosive Truth Social post on Sunday, Trump blistered the network’s parent company, Comcast, for being totally corrupt.
“They are almost all dishonest and corrupt, but Comcast, with its one-side and vicious coverage by NBC NEWS, and in particular MSNBC, often and correctly referred to as MSDNC (Democrat National Committee!), should be investigated for its ‘Country Threatening Treason,'” Trump wrote.
Trump slammed the company for their relentless Russiagate conspiracy theories, which he referred to as a “big campaign contribution” to Democrats.
“Their endless coverage of the now fully debunked SCAM known as Russia, Russia, Russia, and much else, is one big Campaign Contribution to the Radical Left Democrat Party,” Trump added.
Trump vowed that the networks “and others of the Lamestream Media” will be “thoroughly scrutinized” for their “dishonest and corrupt” coverage.
“I say up front, openly, and proudly, that when I WIN the Presidency of the United States, they and others of the LameStream Media will be thoroughly scrutinized for their knowingly dishonest and corrupt coverage of people, things, and events,” Trump asserted.
“Why should NBC, or any other of the corrupt & dishonest media companies, be entitled to use the very valuable Airwaves of the USA, FREE?”
Trump concluded:
“They are a true threat to Democracy and are, in fact, THE ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE!”
“The Fake News Media should pay a big price for what they have done to our once great Country!”
Trump is not wrong when it comes to the garbage MSNBC publishes on a daily basis, especially personal attacks and leftist opinions the network sputs under the guise of “news.”
For instance, MSNBC columnist Dean Obeidallah said Trump “must die in prison” to send a message to the public that “you can’t do this.”
“I think Donald Trump must die in prison because I don’t care if he was 45 years old,” the far-left radio host said in a recent interview with a Mediaite reporter.
“You should get life in prison if you attempt a coup, and there should be no chance of parole. I don’t care who it is,” he said.
In August, MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace was unable to contain her excitement while discussing Trump making his way to a notoriously violent Atlanta jail for his booking following his indictment.
Wallace gleefully described the jail’s history of stabbings and fatalities, where the former president would be booked.
“Just a few minutes ago, Donald Trump, the disgraced ex-president, the frontrunner for the Republican nominee for president, four times indicted, departed his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey. He’s en route to Fulton County, Georgia,” the MSNBC host said.
Wallace, who is anti-Trump, elaborated on the jail’s conditions.
“He will surrender himself for processing at an overcrowded jail with a reputation for violence and neglect,” Wallace continued.
“A jail that is accustomed to holding defendants facing charges up to and including violent crimes, where stabbings are frequent, and actually three people have lost their lives over the last month,” she said gleefully.
In May, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow dismissed the highly anticipated John Durham report after contradicting her Trump-Russia narrative.
Maddow became the face of the two-year investigation into the debunked collusion between Russia and the Trump campaign.
Maddow dedicated most of her broadcast to pushing the Russian collusion narrative while whipping up a witch-hunt mentality on the left against Trump.
The Liberal host spent much of 2017 and 2018 having meltdowns about whether Trump colluded with Russia.
Maddow once told viewers:
“Above all else, we know this about the now-famous dossier — Christopher Steele had this story before the rest of America did. And he got it from Russian sources.”
These media outlets are a disgrace.
