Robert Kennedy Jr quashed rumors that he may run on the same ticket as Republican presidential contender Donald Trump.
RFK Jr. did indeed break a few million MAGA hearts.
“Just to quell any speculation, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES will I join Donald Trump on an electoral ticket,” Robert Kennedy Jr tweeted.
The nephew of former President John F. Kennedy added, “Our positions on certain fundamental issues, our approaches to governance, and our philosophies of leadership could not be further apart.”
RFK Jr.’s statement came as the latest ABC-WaPo poll found that 58% of Democrats want a new candidate.
According to the Gateway Pundit:
Robert Kennedy, Jr. DOUBLED his polling numbers from April 9th, when he tallied 9 percent of the primary vote to the latest Emerson poll on April 27th that had him at 21 percent of the Democrat Party vote. One in five Democrats support Robert Kennedy, Jr.
With his numbers climbing, Robert Kennedy decided today was a good day to distance himself from Donald Trump. This appears to be a well-thought-out tactical move.
Earlier this week, The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft interviewed Robert Kennedy, Jr. Robert has a very optimistic plan for America. This was refreshing coming from the prominent Democrat.
Earlier this week, former Clinton advisor Dick Morris said RFK Jr is splintering his party and boosting Trump as the 2024 presidential election draws closer.
As The Daily Fetched reported:
Morris said the “divide-and-conquer” strategy, a method the Democrats have used to sow division and race hate, could be used to disrupt and shatter the party, giving Trump a clear way o the White House.
“The left and the right agree with each other on a lot of stuff, and they disagree with the center, the establishment, the deep state, the surveillance society — call it what you will,” Morris told NewsMax.
“And I think that there are, there is a tremendous politics here: a fusion of the left and the right. And Bobby Kennedy, I think, is opening the door to it. And I think Donald Trump could walk through,” Morris said
In April, Warm Room host Steve Bannon said he received a standing ovation when he mentioned Robert F Kennedy, Jr. as Trump’s potential VP at the American Freedom Alliance Conference.
“Somebody asked about Robert F. Kennedy and the great speech at Hillsdale, his opening speech, and what did I think about his prospects. And I said, “Look, I’m a Kari Lake person, but if Kari Lake becomes governor, as she should if this court case, or if not, she runs for the Senate.”
If she’s not available to be Trump’s VP that Bobby Kennedy would be, I think, an excellent choice for President Trump to consider,” Bannon said.
“There was a standing ovation, and this was a very hardcore MAGA war room posse crowd,” he said.
