RINO Republicans to Spend $50 Million on Ads to Block Trump from Reelection

Anti-Trump Republicans are plowing $50 million into ads in a fresh effort to stop former President Donald Trump from taking back the White House.

Republican Voters Against Trump will feature testimonial videos of the former president’s past backers who will explain why they wouldn’t be supporting him.

The campaign, spearheaded by Republican strategist Sarah Longwell, targets “moderate Republicans” and Republican-leaning voters in swing states, The Hill reported.

The group launched a similar campaign in 2020, during which they shared over 1,000 testimonials during an election that Joe Biden ultimately “won.”

The new ads will be broadcast on TV, streaming platforms, billboards, radio, and digital media in battleground states, continuing the following:

Arizona

Georgia

Michigan

Nevada

Pennsylvania

Wisconsin

Longwell says the anti-Trump coalition will expand their demographic in 2024.

“Former Republicans and Republican-leaning voters hold the key to 2024, and reaching them with credible, relatable messengers is essential to re-creating the anti-Trump coalition that made the difference in 2020,” Longwell said in a Tuesday statement.

“It establishes a permission structure that says that — whatever their complaints about Joe Biden — Donald Trump is too dangerous and too unhinged to ever be president again. Who better to make this case than the voters who used to support him?”

Voters sharing their testimonies generally do not support Biden; however, they share incidents that made them oppose Trump.

“I voted for Donald Trump in 2020. January 6 was the end of Donald Trump for me,” Ethan, a Wisconsin resident, says in the video.

“The peaceful transfer of power is one of the defining pieces of our democracy, and I could not believe that someone I had formerly supported would get behind an effort that would throw that under the bus … There is no choice.”

However, Trump remained the solid frontrunner of the Republican Primary race, with his presumptive nominee status being solidified after former Gov. Nikki Haley (R-SC) dropped out of the race.
