Earlier this year, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez used the House hearing on censorship to accuse Chiya Raichik, also known as Libs of TikTok, of lying about Boston Children’s Hospital performing hysterectomies as part of “gender-affirming care” for “transgender” youth.
Ocasio-Cortez asked Roth about posts from Libs of TikTok, including one featuring an expert from a children’s hospital discussing transgender surgery for minors.
“Are you aware from — that from August 11th to August 16th that account posted false information about Boston Children’s Hospital claiming that they were providing hysterectomies to children?” AOC asked Roth, refefring tot he Libs of TikTok.
“Yes, I am aware of that and other claims from the account,” the former Twitter Head of Trust and Safety responded.
However, Raichik had multiple videos showing hospital employees admitting the procedures were available. The hospital itself even admitted to the procedures in a video.
So the Libs of TikTok didn’t lie, AOC did.

But Ocasio-Cortez’s false narrative took another major hit when Raichik showed up at the Capitol Building to confront her.

Although Ocasio-Cortez was in the office, she refused to speak to Raichik.
AOC’s handler simply closes the door on Raichik after telling her, “gimmie a minute,” and never returns.
This is the behavior of someone who knows they lied and has no argument to defend themselves.
In February, Raichik told Tucker Carlson what she thought about AOC’s lies.
“It’s very concerning that they’re more upset about people knowing that these surgeries are happening to children than the fact that these children are getting these surgeries,” Raichik said.
“I mean, children are being sterilized and mutilated across the country in a lot of hospitals, and they’re just more mad that we know about it.”
