Hunter Biden’s lawyer hilariously claimed that their client took photographs of sawdust lines on a table, which was not cocaine, according to a recent filing.
Biden’s attorneys Attorneys Abbe Lowell, Christopher Man, and Bartholomew Dalton, claimed in Tuesday’s filing that federal prosecutors submitted false evidence to their client when they cited the photo as evidence that Hunter was acitvly taking drugs when he purchased a firearm in 2018.
Biden’s attorneys wrote in the brief obtained by the Daily Caller:
“The prosecution is flat out wrong—both that Mr. Biden ‘took’ this photograph and in claiming that it depicts ‘cocaine.'”
“Multiple sources have pointed out, and a review of discovery confirms, this is actually a photo of sawdust from an expert carpenter and it was sent to Mr. Biden, not vice versa.”
“More specifically, the discovery identifies this as a photo of a photo taken in the office of Mr. Biden’s then-psychiatrist Dr. Keith Ablow, which Dr. Ablow initially received from [a] master carpenter and later texted to Mr. Biden, stating: ‘This one in my office is of lines of sawdust sent to me by a master carpenter who was a coke addict,'” Biden’s attorneys continued.
“The message accompanying that photo was meant to convey that Mr. Biden, too, could overcome any addiction. The prosecution does not provide a date for the photo, but the message from Dr. Ablow is dated November 20, 2018.”
Hunter Biden was indicted in September on three felony gun charges, which included allegations that he lied on a purchasing form about being an active drug user.
The evidence that the prosecutor gathered showed Hunter was lying.
The evidence included testimony in Hunter’s own memoir claiming he was heavily addicted to crack cocaine that year.
Prosecutors told the court in January that traces of cocaine were found on the holster of the Colt Cobra revolver he purchased.
As The Daily Fetched reported, court filing from special counsel David Weiss revealed that investigators removed the sealed Colt Cobra 38SPL revolver from a state police vault and found suspicious white powder on the pouch, which turned out to be cocaine.
According to the 52-page court filing, an FBI chemist determined that the “white powder” was indeed cocaine.

Hunter Biden has since been making theatrical moves in response to the allegations against him.
Last month, he appeared in the front row of a congressional hearing on the Biden family’s business affairs before storming out as Republicans prepared to call their first witnesses,
Instead of honoring the subpoena to testify, Hunter held a press conference where he accused Republicans of leaking naked photos of him to the press.
He also demanded that former President Donald Trump be ordered to testify about any lengths he went to interfere with the case.
