Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg intended to target President Donald Trump as far back as 2020 after a since-deleted Facebook post surfaced over the weekend.
Real Clear Investigations reporter Paul Sperry uncovered the deleted Facebook post by Bragg, which read, “Please join me on Tuesday in a conversation with Dan Goldman as we discuss the Dereck Chauvin verdict, Donald Trump, and what’s at stake for the next #ManhattanDA. #JusticeCantWait. #JusticeForAll.”
Goldman formerly served as impeachment counsel for Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) for Trump’s first impeachment trial.
The post also included a link to ActBlue, a fundraising software heavily linked to the democrat Party.
According to the platform’s LinkedIn page:
“At ActBlue, we build tech and infrastructure for Democratic campaigns, progressive-aligned causes, and people working to create a better future.”
Sperry also noted, via Twitter: “Hill investigators looking into connections between Dem Rep. ADAM SCHIFF & Dem DA Bragg + Dem Judge Merchan hearing Trump case; Merchan’s Dem consultant daughter recently called Schiff a ‘client’ and Schiff’s impeachment counsel Dan Goldman has worked closely w/ Bragg.”
Sperry also noted that Goldman has since been elected to Congress, “House sources say Democratic Rep. Daniel Goldman of Manhattan — who prosecuted the first Trump impeachment & has been bragging to reporters about sabotaging GOP investigations of the Bidens — has privately consulted with Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg about indicting Trump.”
The daughter of Justice Juan Merchan, Loren Merchan, who is handling Bragg’s case, launched a political consultancy firm that has done work for the campaigns of Schiff, Kamala Harris, and other Democrats.
Trump noted the above on Truth Social:
“VERY UNFAIR VENUE, WITH SOME AREAS THAT VOTED 1% REPUBLICAN. THIS CASE SHOULD BE MOVED TO NEARBY STATEN ISLAND – WOULD BE A VERY FAIR AND SECURE LOCATION FOR THE TRIAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE HIGHLY PARTISAN JUDGE & HIS FAMILY ARE WELL KNOWN TRUMP HATERS. HE WAS AN UNFAIR DISASTER ON A PREVIOUS TRUMP RELATED CASE, WOULDN’T RECUSE, GAVE HORRIBLE JURY INSTRUCTIONS, & IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH DURING THE WITCH HUNT TRIAL. HIS DAUGHTER WORKED FOR ‘KAMALA’ & NOW THE BIDEN-HARRIS CAMPAIGN. KANGAROO COURT!!!”
Donald Trump Jr also shared an article from Breitbart, with the caption, “Seems relevant… yet another connection in this hand-picked democrat show trial. The BS never ends folks. Daughter of Judge on Trump Case Worked on Biden-Harris Campaign.”

Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter is Loren Merchan, president and partner of Authentic Campaigns, a company that runs digital campaigns for Democrat candidates, according to Merchan’s archived LinkedIn account.
The company’s website has a testimonial from Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) which states, “We partner with our clients to build award-winning online programs for progressive campaigns.”
According to Merchan’s archived LinkedIn account, she worked as the “Director of Digital Persuasion” for “Kamala Harris For The People” from February 2019 through December 2019 — which was during the 2020 presidential election. And according to the company’s website, the “Biden-Harris” campaign was also a client.
A biography on Loren Merchan by Campaigns & Elections touts her work on Democrat campaigns.
“Throughout her career, Loren has fought hard to get results. Not just for her clients but for the industry as a whole and the people who work in it,” it said. “Her work is setting new benchmarks and winning elections.”

Many legal experts said Trump’s indictment lacks any substantial evidence.
What more evidence (“explosive” or otherwise) is required beyond the fact that Bragg is a state prosecutor trying to charge for a federal crime beyond his jurisdiction…that is way over the statute of limitations!? LOL!
The Dems can taste the desperation and will have no qualms about becoming even more aggressive to take out TRUMP.
