The Biden administration’s weaponization of the US justice system took a much more drastic turn this week after reports it is now using the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) to surveil and track Trump supporters ahead of the 2024 election.
According to a recent report by Newsweek this week, the Biden administration now believes that the “threat of violence and major civil disturbances” ahead of the 2024 presidential election is a good reason to track and counter MAGA.
“The federal government believes that the threat of violence and major civil disturbances around the 2024 US presidential election is so great that it has quietly created a new category of extremists that it seeks to track and counter: Donald Trump’s army of MAGA followers,” the outlet reports.
“The challenge for the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the primary federal agency charged with law enforcement, is to pursue and prevent what it calls domestic terrorism without direct reference to political parties or affiliations — even though the vast majority of its current ‘anti-government’ investigations are of Trump supporters, according to classified data obtained by Newsweek.”
Biden’s FBI is targeting Trump supporters and categorizing them as “domestic terrorists” right before 2024, one of the most important elections in American history.

Given Joe Biden’s rhetoric against MAGA, it’s no surprise the FBI is waging a full-scale attack on his political opposition.
“Donald Trump and MAGA Republicans are a threat to the very soul of this country,” Biden said last September.
“MAGA Republicans aim to question not only the legitimacy of past elections but elections being held now and into the future,” Biden said.
“The FBI is in an almost impossible position,” a current FBI official, who requested anonymity, told Newsweek.
The official said the FBI intends to prevent a so-called “repeat” of the January 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol.
“Especially at a time when the White House is facing Congressional Republican opposition claiming that the Biden administration has ‘weaponized’ the Bureau against the right wing, it has to tread very carefully,” the official said.
During a three-month investigation, Newsweek said it spoke to current or former government officials to understand thethe Biden administration’s “strategy” in countering so-called domestic terrorism.
Unsurprisingly, most of the officials who spoke to the outlet requested anonymity.
Categorizing the MAGA movement as “terrorism” is yet another blanket term used to politically target the opposition, much like what we would see in a banana Republic.
But it’s not just MAGA the agency is targeting; it’s also those within Beauro.
As The Daily Fetched reported earlier this year, the FBI told their own agents who dared to question January 6 cases to find another job.
In June, a top FBI official filed a protected disclosure to the Office of the Inspector General alleging that FBI Deputy Director Paul Abbate told agents questioning January 6 cases to find another job.
The FBI special agent alleged that during a routine meeting in February 2021, the deputy director addressed the agent’s questioning why the Bureau had not taken the same approach to its January 6 investigation of the 2020 Black Lives Matter riots.
“He had heard that some employees were contrasting the response to January 6 with the response to the post-George Floyd protests and riots in the summer of 2020,” the whistleblower alleges.
“DD [Deputy Director] Abbate told the audience that anyone who questions the FBI’s response or his decisions regarding the response to January 6 did not belong in the FBI and should find a different job – or something to that effect,” he said.
Abbate also insists the Bureau’s responses to both matters were correctly conducted.
However, he “challenged all Special Agents in Charge (‘SACs’) that if they had an employee that did not agree, the SACs could have that employee call DD Abbate personally and he would set them straight,” the affidavit continues.
“The threat posed by domestic violent extremists is persistent, evolving, and deadly,” the FBI told Newsweek in a statement.
“The FBI’s goal is to detect and stop terrorist attacks, and our focus is on potential criminal violations, violence, and threats of violence,” the added.
“Anti-government or anti-authority violent extremism is one category of domestic terrorism, as well as one of the FBI’s top threat priorities.”
“We are committed to protecting the safety and constitutional rights of all Americans and will never open an investigation based solely on First Amendment protected activity, including a person’s political beliefs or affiliations,” the statement concluded.
