President Joe Biden is not getting the full support from fellow Democrats for his 2024 election campaign, as many cite his lack of accomplishments and age as a significant factor,
Democrats know they have weak leadership, which has led to infighting as the country suffers soaring inflation and a border crisis.
Here are the democrats who do not support Biden’s reelection, via Breitbart:
Charlamagne Tha God:
“See, the facts are, Biden is not getting any younger,” he said. “He’s not going to get any more popular, and he’s not getting a new running mate. So, please, Mr. President, give America the ultimate Christmas gift and step aside.”
David Axelrod:
“If he continues to run, he will be the nominee of the Democratic Party. What he needs to decide is whether that is wise, whether it’s in HIS best interest or the country’s.”
Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN):
“I believe there are other candidates who have a far better chance, and don’t have the actuarial risk that the president has,” he said. “Why does everyone have blinders on? Why are we essentially being led to this cliff without knowing what’s on the other side?”
David Ignatius:
“I don’t think Biden and Vice President Harris should run for reelection. It’s painful to say that, given my admiration for much of what they have accomplished.”
Philip Levine:
“It is a little bit like your grandfather running the company and you know that he’s at a point now where the heirs could suffer value if we don’t change management at the top,” he said. “And this is very difficult. How do we get grandpa to relinquish the CEO role?”
Anonymous DNC member:
“I want to see Bidenism continue but I think the best way to make sure that happens is to perhaps have a different candidate than Joe Biden.”
Steve Shurtleff:
“In my heart of hearts, no,” Shurtleff said when asked if he wanted Biden to run for reelection. ” I think a lot of people just don’t want to say it.”
According to recent polling, Trump is destroying Biden.
As reported earlier this week, a CNN host looked disturbed when reporting on Trump’s new polling numbers.
The host of CNN’s “Early Start,” Kasie Hunt, looked shocked while reporting that Trump is leading Biden by 10 points in Michigan and five points in Georgia.
These are the two states that Biden won in 2020 but went to Trump in 2016 before he ultimately won the election.
“The news is not great for President Biden,” Hunt said as she reported on results showing Trump leading Biden 49% to 44% in Georgia and 50% to 40% in Michigan.
“Trump’s margin over Biden is significantly boosted in both states by people who say they did not vote in 2020,” Hunt added.
“These less engaged voters favored Trump by 26 points in Georgia and by 40 points in Michigan,” she said.
