Joe Biden attempted to deflect his failings at the Southern border by blaming President Donald Trump, sparking massive backlash.
After claiming that the “border is secure” despite approximately eight million illegal crossings, Biden faces more pressure to fix the crisis.
Indeed, the southern border is now the primary issue concerning Americans today, according to recent polls.
However, Biden blamed Trump for the border crisis, saying, “Every day between now and November, the American people are gonna know that the only reason the border is not secure is Donald Trump and his MAGA Republican friends.”

Biden’s comments drew massive criticism across social media, mainly because the border was never more secure while Trump was in office.

Biden made his outlandish claims while discussing the White House-backed border security bill that was failing in the Senate.
Meanwhile, Trump praised the pushback to the bill, arguing it was wrongly paired with sending more money to Ukraine.
As we reported earlier week, Trump called the bill “one of the dumbest Bills I have ever seen.”
“This is a Democrat trap. It’s a trap for Republicans that would be so stupid, so foolish to sign a bill like this. This bill can’t be signed.”

Jay Weber, a Milwaukee radio talk show host also took aim at Biden for blaming Trump for the spike in illegal crossings.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) attempted to defend Biden, also claiming that Trump was responsible for the bill’s failure.
