Barbra Streisand angrily lashed out at former President Donald Trump following his criticism of singer Swift ahead of the Bowl on Sunday.
Trump said Swift had been disloyal to him despite his support of a law that benefitted her media ownership interests.
Trump wrote on Truth Social:
“I signed and was responsible for the Music Modernization Act for Taylor Swift and all other Musical Artists.”
“Joe Biden didn’t do anything for Taylor, and never will.”
“There’s no way she could endorse Crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt President in the History of our Country, and be disloyal to the man who made her so much money,” he continued.
“Besides that, I like her boyfriend, Travis, even though he may be a Liberal, and probably can’t stand me!”
Swift has yet to endorse a candidate for the 2024 presidential election, but it will likely be Joe Biden since she endorsed him in the 2020 election.
Streisand jumped to Swift’s defense on X:
“Trump is telling Taylor Swift that she’ll be disloyal if she supports Biden! Can you imagine?” she asked.
“This is what a dictator is like. He’s really flipped his lid now,” she added.

Swift attended the Super Bowl to watch her boyfriend, tight end Travis Kelce, help the Kansas City Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers in overtime.
Kelce had previously kneeled during the national anthem in the wake of the Black Lives Matter protests.
However, Kelce faced criticism from the left when he said he would attend a White House event with then-President Trump and called it an honor.
Meanwhile, Swift has been gaining support from the RINOs,
Earlier this month, Liz Cheney officially declared herself a fan of “Democrat operative” pop star Taylor Swift in an X post.
Cheney called the left-wing pop star a “national treasure.”
