Anti-Trump Liz Cheney officially declared herself a fan of “Democrat operative” pop star Taylor Swift in an X post on Wednesday.

Cheney’s “fan girl” declaration came amid backlash from conservatives against the mainstream media’s nonstop coverage of Swift.
Swift was declared 2023 Person of the Year by Time, while her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kecle made her an unmissable fixture on NFL broadcasts this season.
However, the inorganic coverage of Swift has caused many Americans to grow suspicious, especially as it’s an election year.
Similarly, the media has also given Cheney massive news coverage despite her losing her Wyoming Congressional seat in a humiliating landslide defeat.
As Breitbart noted, Liz Cheney is still a fixture on mainstream news media shows, recently appearing on ABC’s The View, where she said that she would never vote for Trump and did not rule out voting for incumbent Biden.
Swift is a high-profile anti-Trumper, and she endorsed Joe Biden in 2020.
According to a recent poll, Swift’s endorsement in 2024 could impact the election outcome.

The survey, conducted by Redfield & Wilton Strategies for Newsweek, highlighted that while a segment of the electorate might lean towards a Swift-endorsed candidate, there’s another 17% that would be less likely to give their vote under the same circumstances.
However, the majority of voters, 55%, reported their voting decision would remain unaffected by Swift’s political preferences.
The poll suggests Swift’s endorsement could particularly resonate with the younger demographic. Approximately 30% of Americans under 35 said they’d be influenced by Swift’s political opinion, while only 4% of those 65 and older felt the same.
