A Soros-funded prosecutor faces an angry backlash from police after he declined to charge a potential school shooter.
The unnamed suspect shooter in Bell Gardens, California, reportedly posted threats to a school on social media and was later caught with stolen guns, high-capacity magazines, and body armor, Fox News reported.
But Bell Gardens police later revealed that George Soros funded L.A District Attorney George Gascon had initially declined to press charges against the suspect.
“On March 21, 2023, the filing District Attorney at Downey Superior Court initially rejected the entire case, stating they needed additional information regarding the criminal threat,” the police said.
The police could not believe that a potential mass shooter could be allowed to escape charges.
However, Bell Gardens police chief Scott Fairfield was having none of it and demanded that Gascon take a second look at the case.
“Inconsistencies and issues with the DA’s office were addressed,” the police statement said.
Soros-funded prosecutor Gascon eventually filed three felony weapons charges against the potential shooter after pressure from police.
Earlier this year, Soros attempted to defend his support for electing radical prosecutors describing the “false choice” between “justice” and public safety.
Soros wrote in The Wall Street Journal:
“We need to acknowledge that black people in the U.S. are five times as likely to be sent to jail as white people. That is an injustice that undermines our democracy.”
“In recent years, reform-minded prosecutors and other law-enforcement officials around the country have been coalescing around an agenda that promises to be more effective and just.”
“This agenda includes prioritizing the resources of the criminal-justice system to protect people against violent crime.”
“It urges that we treat drug addiction as a disease, not a crime. And it seeks to end the criminalization of poverty and mental illness.”
The incident comes on the heels of another school shooting in Newhall by a suspect accused of firearms crimes as a minor, and Gascon refused to charge too.
With such failures of enforcing the law, is it any wonder the streets are becoming like war zones?
Leftists would much rather let criminals off the hook than keep Americans safe.
Another example of rampant crime being allowed to destroy cities is that of Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who is more interested in the politics of prosecuting Donald Trump than keeping people safe.
Soros-funded prosecutors like Garson and Bragg are the reason why police are having such a hard time enforcing the law.

Blacks must be given their own state where they can set up their own government, police, and other institutions, far away from the White people they hate so much. Give them California. Pay them to move there, pay the Whites to move out. That would be a tax I would GLADLY pay so that America can finally return to peace and sanity. The ONLY solution to save Western Civilization is to SEPARATE from the savages once and for all.
They were given Liberia. They couldn’t handle self-governance.
First act of “governance” was to enslave the native people of the area.
Refusing to prosecute OUR laws made by OUR legislative and executive branches of OUR State make OUR prosecutor a traitorous felon himself. Soros’ opinion is not OUR law or public policy, and his idiotic and deceitful opinion certainly deserves none of OUR respect. Stop telling certain sectors of our society that they are victims, hold them fully and fairly responsible for their actions, and crime will plummet.
Total separation from the violent, low IQ beasts is the only solution that will work. Even if we have to pay a trillion dollars to give them their own state, far away from the White people they hate so much, it would be well worth it. Peace and sanity and a return to true Western Civilization would be the result.
Whenever a Soros-judge does this and violent criminals walk free and they commit another crime, the citizens should file criminal charges against the judge for aiding and abetting the crime and complicity to the crime, dereliction of duty and any other charge they can possibly file against the marxist judge. These judges are criminals who are breaking the law and we can put a stop to it.
THERE IS A VERY SIMPLE SOLUTION TO THIS PROBLEM. EVERY SOROS CONNECTED DA SHOULD BE IMMEDIATELY REMOVED FROM OFFICE AND HAVE THEIR LAW LICENSE REVOKED AND DISBARRED FROM PRACTICING LAW. SIMPLE YES???
The focus should be George Soros and block any influences he has on US politicians. Gerge Gascon is bought and paid for he was in Mesa AZ and kicked out because of his desire to create anarchy!
