Journalist Patrick Henningsen took to Twitter to share a video posted by Russian media outlet Russia Today which trolled Joe Biden and the Western leaders.
The video, which is AI-generated, shows Joe Biden and several of his European counterparts frustrated when realizing that the sanctions they placed on Russia were not as effective as they had hoped.
In one part of the video, British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak spins a carnival wheel to help decide which Russian official to sanction next.
Meanwhile, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen throws darts at a map to decide where to ban RT next.
German Chancellor Olaf Scholtz even turns to ChatGPT to help him decide what sanctions should be implemented on Russia next.
However, the most concerning part of the video is how Joe Biden is portrayed.

The Russian video begins with Biden banging his head against the wall of the Oval Office while muttering, “Better, stronger, and effective,” as he tries to figure out how to deal with Russia.
Biden is later shown lying on the floor saying, “I’m so tired.”
This doesn’t look good for Biden.
Regardless of what is shown in the video, the fact of the matter is this is how the world perceives Joe Biden and his abilities to handle the presidency,
Biden is famous across the world for his embarrassing gaffes, ramblings, and stumbling over his words during speeches
If it were not for a disclaimer at the bottom saying that the video was created with artificial intelligence, you could be forgiven for believing this was actual footage of Biden in the Oval Office.
One person on Twitter observed Biden was “too coherent” for it to be real.
Biden is the laughing stock both at home and abroad, portrayed as a weak old man lying defeated on the floor of the White House.

Actually, the people in the clip are thinking up sanctions against their own citizens.
