Iconic children’s TV series “Sesame Street” jumped in head first for June’s “pride month,” firing out a number of tweets celebrating the month of recognition for the LGBTQ community and once again shoving the sexuality-based ideology down children’s throats.
However, while the show did not change its logo to the “pride month” rainbows, instead, it posted several tweets pushing the left-wing celebration onto its young fans.
“Sesame Street” is a series aimed at very young children from ages 2 to 5, so it is pretty evident that the discussion of sexual activities should not be in the show.
But here we are, with the show pushing “pride month” onto little kids.
The children’s show tweeted its first “pride” post on Thursday, featuring “queer” identifying actress Ariana DeBose in the video in which she explained the show’s “pride” celebration.
“Hi, Elmo and I wanted to share that everyone is always welcome on ‘Sesame Street,'” DeBose said in the video.
“This month and every month, we want to uplift and celebrate our LGBTQIA+ family, friends, and communities.” Elmo added, “From our ‘Sesame Street’ family to yours, happy Pride. Elmo loves you.”
Along with the video, read the caption, “Everyone is always welcome on Sesame Street. Let’s celebrate LGBTQIA+ people in our communities this Pride and every day! Happy month.”
The next day, the show posted another “pride” post, adding a Tweet reading, “This #PrideMonth, let’s celebrate diversity and unity and spread love and acceptance. Together, we can make the world a kinder place for all.”
One Twitter user asked the perfect question for the producers since the show is targeting kids up to five years of age.
“Isn’t this a show created specifically for pre-schoolers and very young children? Why isn’t the show sticking to being kind to all while omitting all talk of sexuality, gender, and other topics suited solely for mature minds? Why not allow tiny ones to be innocent & carefree?”
While “Sesame Street” attracted some support from adult fans, many were angry with the show targeting tiny tots.
Despite the “Pride” month tweets, “Sesame Street” consistently the left’s ideology.
In 2021, Texas Republican Senator Ted Cruz blasted “Sesame Street“ for pushing President Joe Biden’s COVID obsession with children by featuring Big Bird telling kids to get vaccinated.
Cruz sponsored legislation banning OVID vaccine mandates for children because illness rarely affects people under 20 who don’t have serious medical issues.
The same year, first lady Jill Biden appeared on the show to push the leftist ideology of “racial literacy” on kids, another excuse to indoctrinate Critical Race Theory.
The series also mentioned introducing a gay couple for a “family day” show.
“Sesame Street has always been a welcoming place of diversity and inclusion,” series host Alan Muraoka — who is gay — wrote at the time.
“So I’m so excited to introduce Nina’s Brother Dave, his husband Frank, and their daughter Mia to our sunny street. Our Family Day episode drops today on HBOMax and on YouTube.”
The show also welcomed cross-dressing actor Billy Porter wearing his Oscars tuxedo dress in 2020.
In the same year, the show dedicated its half-hour show to teaching kids how to be “anti-racist,” urging 2-year-olds to all out others who they suspect of being racist.
