When a reporter asked Biden, “Is the indictment of your predecessor politically divisive…?” Biden reacts with an unbearable smug grin, then a laugh.
Biden could not even give a coherent answer to the question, his response was just to laugh.
The media are then ushered out of the room.

To say the arraignment is not political would be like saying we are not living on Earth. Biden knows it. The people know it.
Even if Biden were to respond to the reporter’s question, either his denial or admission would show him for what he is, a corrupt and installed president who does not have the support of the people.

The rule of law and the Republic died the day Trump was indicted.
Biden’s smug laugh shows you he believes he is immune from being held accountable for anything his family has done.
