A top Democrat admitted that hundreds of Democrat U.S. lawmakers do not want President Joe Biden to run in the 2024 presidential race.
Rep. Dean Phillips (D-MN) said in an interview that although vast amounts of Democrats do not want Biden to run, many are too afraid to say anything.
Phillips’s remarks come on the heels of multiple polls which found voters do not want Biden to be the party’s nominee.
There are abundant reasons why Democrat voters don’t want Biden, including skyrocketing inflation rates, disastrous foreign policy decisions, and unfavorable economic conditions.
Above all, the general consensus is sleepy Joe is too old.
“This is not a knock on Joe Biden, just a wish for competition,” Phillips told The Atlantic.
“In the business world, if the dominant brand in a category had favorability ratings like the current president does, you would see a number of established brands jump into that category,” he added.
“Believe me, there are literally hundreds in Congress who would say the same thing. But they simply won’t f***ing say a word,” he said.
Biden has repeatedly proven that he is not up to the job of being the leader of the free world, with countless gaffes and also falling on the stairs of Air Force One twice.
Earlier this week, Former White house physician Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX) warned that Biden’s cognitive decline would lead America and the world into war.

But the establishment media continues to ignore Biden’s health issues, even as it puts the entire world at risk.
In a tweet, Jackson warned that Joe Biden’s cognitive decline is bringing the United States closer to an “all-out war.”
“It’s TERRIFYING for our country that Biden is our commander-in-chief. He doesn’t know where he’s at half the time, and every day he brings us closer to an all-out war with Russia & China,” the representative said.
In contrast, White House physician Kevin O’Connor claimed Biden was “a healthy, vigorous 80-year-old male who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief.”
