President Joe Biden took another vacation day on Wednesday to travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands for New Year, marking his 418th since becoming president.
Biden had already spent 39 percent of his presidency on vacation, according to the Republican National Committee’s Vacation Tracker.
As Breitbart reported, Biden flew to St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands with several family members, though the White House refused to say how many members would join Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden.
The Bidens will enjoy the tropical paradise for one week before returning on January 2.

The first family is lodging at a beachfront home owned by Democrat donors.
“The Bidens have stayed there in the past as guests, but the White House declined to say whether they will pay their own way this time,” the Times reported.
As we reported earlier this year, Joe Biden has spent 353 days — 39.2 percent of his presidency – on vacation, according to statistics compiled by RNC Research.
Currently in the throws of a scandal involving his son Hunter Biden’s shady business dealings, Biden jets off frequently to his holiday home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware.
The statistics on Biden’s absence from the White House signal his work-shy manner.
In August 2022, it was recorded that Joe Biden spent a record 150 days of his presidency on vacation at home in Delaware in the 18 months since he was elected president, according to Breitbart.
The year before, he was reportedly ensconced at Camp David as the world watched Kabul, Afghanistan, fall to the Taliban amid the mass evacuations.
Trump, however, spent 132 days away from the White House at his own properties, either at Mar-a-Lago in the winter or Bedminster, New Jersey.

White House staffers claimed that just because Biden isn’t at the White House, it doesn’t mean he isn’t working.
Tom Fitton, president of conservative transparency group Judicial Watch, commented:
“One would hope that President Biden is working when he is on ‘vacation’ in Delaware, [but] the unwillingness of the White House to disclose his official visitors at Delaware suggests that there is something to hide — including that Biden is completely checked out from his job when away from the White House.”
