Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson released an explosive statement on Wednesday night hinting at his next move after being fired from the network earlier this week.
Carlson also blasted the establishment media for censoring honest debate and ignoring important issues affecting the American public.
“One of the first things you realize when you step outside the noise for a few days is how many genuinely nice people there are in this country,” Carlson began in his video posted on his Twitter account.
“Kind and decent people. People who really care about what’s true,” he added.
“The other thing you notice when you take a little time off is how unbelievably stupid most of the debates you see on television are. They’re completely irrelevant; they mean nothing. In five years, we won’t even remember that we had them.”
Carlson then slammed America’s corporate media for focusing on such nonsense and ignoring “big topics” that affect everyday Americans.

“The undeniably big topics, the ones that will define our future, get virtually no discussion at all,” Carlson said.
“War, civil liberties, emerging science, demographic change, corporate power, natural resources. When was the last time you heard a legitimate debate about any of those issues? … Debates like that are not permitted in American media. Both political parties and their donors have reached consensus on what benefits them, and they actively collude to shut down any conversation about it,” Carlson said.
But Carlson also express optimism that media’s power in stifling debate won’t be “permanent.”
“Our current orthodoxies won’t last. They’re brain-dead. Nobody actually believes them. Hardly anyone’s life is improved by them,” he said.
“This moment is too inherently ridiculous to continue, and so it won’t. The people in charge know this; that’s why they’re hysterical and aggressive,” he added.
“They’re afraid. They’ve given up persuasion [and are] resorting to force. But it won’t work. When honest people say what’s true calmly and without embarrassment, they become powerful.”
He continued:
“At the same time, the liars who’ve been trying to silence them shrink. They become weaker. That’s the iron law of the universe: True things prevail.”
Tucker Carlson closed his remarks hinting about his future plans and his next move, saying, “There aren’t many places left” where Americans can discuss “true things,” but concluding, “There are some, and that’s enough.”
“As long as you can hear the words, there is hope,” he added.
Meanwhile, establishment media outlets like NBC News blasted Carlson for not directly addressing his departure from Fox News and choosing to highlight the corrupt media.
Meanwhile, CNN attacked Carlson more viciously, calling him a “right-wing media extremist” that “didn’t say much in the rambling two-minute message, but he offered critical commentary on the state of television news, bashing the debates that occur on air as ‘unbelievably stupid’ and “completely irrelevant.”
Meanwhile, former Republican Rep. David Jolly accused Carlson of being a “white nationalist” during an appearance on MSNBC’s “Deadline” on Wednesday.

Love it! The fake news are terrified of Tucker, what else can we expect of them? There time is over, a new news platform is on the way, a platform of truth and there is nothing they can do to stop it.
