FNC’s Tucker Carlson slammed Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, who called for censoring his January 6 footage broadcasts.
Earlier this week, McConnell slammed Carlson and Fox News saying they made “a mistake” for calling the January 6 a largely peaceful if chaotic protest.
McConnell agreed with Chief Tom Manger’s criticism that Tucker Carlson “cherry-picked” footage without proper context.
Meanwhile, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer also blasted Carlson over the footage.
“Last night, Fox News with Speaker McCarthy (R-Calif.) as a willing, capable and powerful accomplice, aired one of the most shameful hours we have ever seen in the entire history of cable television,” Schumer said, calling for the end of Carlson’s broadcasts and censorship of Fox News hosts.
Tucker, however, refused to back down to the demands of the Democrats and RINOS.
“What you’re seeing is hysteria. The overstatements, the crazed hyperbole, the red-in-the face anger. It’s not outrage, it’s fear,” Carlson told viewers.
“We’re getting close to what they really care about,” He continued, adding, “Here you have people with shared interests. The open borders people. The people like Mitch McConnell who are living in splendor on Chinese money.”
Carlson also mocked Schumer for suffering a meltdown and branding the Fox News host as a “threat to Democracy.”
“They’re all on the same side!” Carlson declared.

Carlson enjoyed epic ratings on Tuesday night after airing the Janaury 6 footage.
President Trump praised Carlson’s reporting cans called for those who withheld the evidence to be tried for Treason:
“GREAT JOB BY TUCKER CARLSON TONIGHT. The Unselect Committee of political Hacks & Thugs has been totally discredited. They knowingly refused to show the Videos that mattered. They should be tried for Fraud and Treason, and those imprisoned and being persecuted should be exonerated and released, NOW!” Trumpe wrote on Truth Social.
Carlson later presented a hilarious montage of media talking heads calling for him to be censored.
