President Donald Trump viciously tore into former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for remarks claiming he was a “scared puppy” during his arraignment.
Trump also referenced the bizarre involving Pelosi’s husband in October 2022.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump blistered Pelosi:
“I purposely didn’t comment on Nancy Pelosi’s very weird story concerning her husband, but now I can because she said something about me, with glee, that was really quite vicious,” Trump began in his post.
Pelosi made the remarks during an interview with MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell.
While discussing Trump’s ongoing indictments, Pelosi claimed that she “saw a scared puppy” during Trump’s arraignment.
Since Trump was miles while crashing a wedding shortly after his arraignment, it shows Pelosi was lying again.
Trump disagreed with Pelosi’s description and denied he was ever “scared.”
“‘I saw a scared puppy,’ she said, as she watched me on television, like millions of others, that didn’t see that,” Trump continued in his Truth Social post. “I wasn’t ‘scared.'”
Trump then upped the ante against Pelosi:
“Nevertheless, how mean a thing to say!” Trump continued. “She is a Wicked Witch whose husband’s journey from hell starts and finishes with her. She is a sick & demented psycho who will someday live in HELL!”
While Trump’s reaction was unexpected, the fact that he commented on the “very weird story concerning” Paul Pelosi appeared unconnected.
David DePape allegedly broke in and assaulted Pelosi with a hammer in his San Francisco home last year.
There has been no real explanation for what happened that night, and only more questions came to light after multiple inconsistencies.
The only time Trump brings up Paul Pelosi is when he mentions, “[Nancy Pelosi] is a Wicked Witch whose husband’s journey from hell starts and finishes with her.”
While there is no evidence Nancy Pelosi had any connection to the incident, Trump appears to suggest there is a connection.
