State Republican lawmakers are passing a new law that defines the two sexes, men and women, around differences in biology as transgender advocates do everything in their power to suppress public distinctions.
The GOP-led legislature in Kansas overrode a veto by Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly to enact the “women’s bill of rights,” which defines what a “woman” is in state law based on reproductive biology.
According to the law, a woman is defined as someone “whose biological reproductive system is developed to produce ova.”
A “male” is defined as someone whose reproductive system “is developed to fertilize the ova of a female.”
On Wednesday, Florida’s legislature passed a similar bill to clarify biological distinctions between a man and a woman.
According to the Florida bill, sex is defined using characteristics like “chromosomes, naturally occurring sex hormones, and internal and external genitalia present at birth.”
The GOP lawmakers said they aimed to “maintain public safety, decency, decorum, and privacy.”
The bill now heads to the desk of Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who is expected to sign it into law.
The news comes weeks after Montana’s GOP-controlled legislature approved SB 485, which provides definitions for “male” and “female” based on reproductive abilities – sperm and eggs.
“In human beings, there are exactly two sexes, male and female, with two corresponding gametes,” the Montana bill reads. That bill awaits a signature from Gov. Greg Gianforte (R).
Montana Rep. Zooey Zephyr , who was censured by the state legislature, argued the legislature was “targeting the trans community.”
“We saw they began with sports bans, but we know that the goal of the people targeting the trans community was never about sports — it was about eradicating trans people from public life,” Zephyr said.
State Republicans in Tennessee sent a similar bill to Gov. Bill Lee’s desk for signature.
The bill defines sex as “a person’s immutable biological sex as determined by anatomy and genetics existing at the time of birth.”
As Breitbart notes, each state’s move follows a resolution congressional Republicans introduced last year to define words like” “woman,” “man,” “mother,” and “father” based on biological sex.
That resolution was reintroduced in the 118th Congress in February but has not made any progress.

At last they are addressing this insanity.
Its sad that this has become necessary
It has always been “necessary” as there have always been people trying to pervert the natural order of human sexuality. Deuteronomy 22:5 is a prohibition against men wearing women’s clothing and vice versa. There have always been s*x freaks among us, this however is the only generation out side of SODOM where their attempts at perversion were sustained by the moneyed elite.
No, it has NOT always been necessary.
The passage you cite in Deuteronomy actually ASSUMES everyone knows what a man is vs a woman. Prohibiting men wearing women’s clothing is meaningless without agreement that men and women are identifiably different.
“ it was about eradicating trans people from public life,” Zephyr said.”
And that’s EXACTLY what should happen to these DELUSIONAL PERVERTS.
