Wow.
The comments came during an interview with The Times.

The rapper’s change of heart came from Trump’s decision to pardon Michael ‘Harry-O’ Harris, a co-founder of Death Row Records, which is Snoop’s first label,
“So I have nothing but love and respect for Donald Trump,” Snoop Dogg added.
Snoop Dogg praised this decision in 2021, saying, “I love what they did… That’s great work for the president and his team on the way out.”
However, the rapper has been pretty vicious towards Trump in the past.
In 2017, Snoop Dogg released a video or “Lavender” featuring BADBADNOTGOOD which showcased him aiming a toy gun at a clown smoking a joint and resembling Trump.
The video drew widespread attention and criticism, with Trump’s legal team and Trump himself suggesting the rapper should be arrested for the act.
Trump wrote on X, formerly known as Twitter:
“Can you imagine what the outcry would be if (Snoop Dogg), failing career and all, had aimed and fired the gun at President Obama? Jail time!”
Later in 2020, XXL Magazine shared a video clip of Snoop Dogg ripping Trump and his followers, saying:
“Donald Trump is a f—ing weirdo. If you voted for him, I don’t have no problem with that. But if you’re still with him, f— you.”
In the same year, Snoop Dogg said during an interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Real 92.3 that he no longer wanted Trump in office.
“I ain’t never voted a day in my life, but this year I think I’m going to get out and vote because I can’t stand to see this punk in office one more year,” Snoop Dogg said.
