A prominent transgender and LGBT activist has been charged with horrific sex crimes against to children.
On Monday, Kendall Stephens, 37, who identifies as a woman, was arrested on a slew of charges including rape, involuntary assault, obscenity to minors, unlawful assault to minors, involuntary deviant sexual intercourse, and corruption of minors.
Stephens was also charged with assault against people younger than 13 years of age, KYW-TV reported.
According to sources via WPVI-TV, the victims were two boys under 13.

Stephens is a male who now identifies as a woman and has worked together with DA Larry Krasner and others to craft LGBTQ+ policies.

More details of Stephens’ alleged behavior have yet to be made public.
The bail for Stephens was set at $250,000. However, other reports said it was set at $500,000.
Stephens is a left-wing political advocate of transgender rights who endorsed now-Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro in last year’s election.

The allegations came just t two years after he survived a brutal assault at his home in Philadelphia.
His attacker, Tymesha Wearing, was convicted in February of aggravated assault as well as hate crimes.

Wearing was sentenced to 11.5 to 23 months of house arrest, 120 hours of community service, and ordered to write a letter of apology to Stephens.
She was also ordered to attend a court-monitored anger management program.
Earlier this year, Stephens publicly advocated for additional laws in favor of transgender people following his assault.
“I went to class the next day I was beaten because let me tell you something no one is going to steal my pride, no one is going to steal my power,” Stephens said.
