Left-wing NBC News was roasted on Twitter this week after it ran a story claiming people could change their sex and gender but could not change their race.
The logic behind the story made zero sense.
If you can identify as a different sex or gender, then indeed, you could easily identify as another race.
NBC News tried to explain:
“Practitioners of what they call ‘race change to another,’ or RCTA, purport to be able to manifest physical changes in their appearance and even their genetics to become a different race.”
“They tune in to subliminal videos that claim can give them an ‘East Asian appearance’ or ‘Korean DNA,'” the outlet added.
NBC said those who practice RCTA are in for a rude awakening.
“But experts underscore that it is simply impossible to change your race,” the legacy media outlet wrote.
How would this be any different from transgenderism?
Answer: It’s not.
Well, NBC News spoke to “Tiq Milan, a Black transgender activist, and writer,” who claimed the two aren’t similar at all.
“When it comes to who we are as racialized people, it is how we present to the world, but it’s also how people treat you,” Milan said.
“It’s not just putting on the hair and the makeup and talking and walking [in] a kind of way. That is fetishizing, and it’s objectifying, and it reduces the beautiful and complicated cultures of people of color.”
Milan appears to not understand that being a woman is “not just putting on the hair and the makeup and talking and walking [in] a kind of way.”
The NBC article then tried to give other explanations for why you can’t change race, but can change gender.
The Babylon Bee founder Seth Dillon best summarized this.
“This article argues that your race is fixed from birth and can’t be changed,” he tweeted.
“It also argues that race isn’t real — it’s just a social construct. It also argues that the reason you can’t change your race is because race isn’t real.”
According to a so-called expert, anybody feeling they want to change their race should be asked a simple question:
“I would say the same thing that I would say to somebody who’s struggling with any part of their identity,” Professor Kevin Nadal said. “Talk about what it is that makes you want to change that part of you.”
“Sex and race are both are biological physical traits of an organism rooted in unique and immutable DNA, why is it celebrated to change one and ridiculous to change the other?” The Redheaded Libertarian asked.
No wonder the legacy media is failing.

The same mental illness that makes one believe that they have changed genders applies to race as well.
If you are ill, seek professional psychiatric help, not agreement with your disorder.
I am amazed at the sheer number of people who napped through high school biology.
When your ideology is pulled OUT OF SATAN’S BUTTHOLE it will invariably stink and have questionable logic.
