Canadian MMA fans broke out into chants of “f**k Trudeau” during the UFC 297 prelims in Toronto on Saturday.
The crowd chanted throughout the night but could be heard the loudest during the featured prelim bout between Brad Katona and Garret Armfield.

Canada’s liberal prime minister was also mentioned by former UFC Middleweight champion Sean Strickland, who slammed a reporter he perceived to have voted for Justin Trudeau.
MMA writer Alexander K Lee asked Strickland about his past “anti-gay” and “transphobic” comments.
However, Strickland replied by asking Lee if he voted for Trudeau, but the reporter refused to answer.
“A man says he’s not going to say, like you ask a motherfuer; ‘Did you vote for Biden?’ He’s like, ‘well, I’m not going to say, that’s none of your business.’ He voted for fing Biden,” Strickland said.
Strickland then called the reporter an “infection” and everything wrong with the modern world.
