Former president Donald Trump immediately unfollowed former Vice President Mike Pence after returning to X, formerly Twitter.
X account @USPoliticsAlert was the first to note that Trump had unfollowed @vp45.

Trump announced his return to X with a movie-style trailer that paid tribute to his victorious 2016 campaign as well as the Justice Department’s raid on Mar-a-Lago and lawfare attacks against him.
This came amid the explosive conversation between Trump and X owner Elon Musk on Spaces, which has since garnered over one billion views.
Some of Trump’s supporters praised Trump for not following Pemce.
“Wasn’t a good follow. Bad content. Not funny,” one wrote, captioning a smiling Trump photo.

Pence failed to intervene and block the certification of the 2020 election on January 6th, 2021, before the riot at the Capitol building.
The former Vice president claimed to tuck by his principles and the Constitution rather than his boss, much to the dismay of MAGA supporters.
Last October, Pence ended his presidential campaign after struggling to gain traction or raise funds.
“It’s become clear to me: This is not my time,” Pence said at the time.
“So after much prayer and deliberation, I have decided to suspend my campaign for president effective today. We always knew this would be an uphill battle, but I have no regrets.”
