King Charles III penned a private letter to former President Donald Trump just days after the failed assassination attempt at his rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
The British Royal, 75, sent his message via the U.K.’s embassy in Washington, D.C., as confirmed by Buckingham Palace to the New York Post.
However, the contents of the message have not been disclosed.
Meanwhile, Britain’s Prime Minister Keir Starmer publicly condemned political violence against Trump, expressing horror over the events over the weekend, and extended wishes to the former president’s family through a social media post.
“I am appalled by the shocking scenes at President Trump’s rally and we send him and his family our best wishes,” Starmer wrote on Twitter.
“Political violence in any form has no place in our societies and my thoughts are with all the victims of this attack.”

Political violence in any form has no place in our societies and my thoughts are with all the victims of this attack.
Trump was shot at while addressing the crowd at the Butler Farm Show grounds on Saturday.
The bullet grazed Trump’s ear, narrowly missing his skull as the former president turned to look at data on a screen.
The gunman, 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks, who was shot and killed by Secret Service snipers, was positioned just 130 yards away from Trump.
Tragically, one of the rally’s attendees, Corey Comperatore, a 50-year-old former firefighter, lost his life after being hit by one of the bullets.
Two others were injured, including David Dutch, 57, and James Copenhaver, 74.
It took President Joe Biden 102 minutes to condemn the assassination attempt on Trump,
“I’m grateful to hear that he’s safe and doing well. I’m praying for him and his family and for all those who were at the rally as we await further information,” Biden said in the statement.
“Jill and I are grateful to the Secret Service for getting him to safety.'”
“There’s no place for this kind of violence in America. We must unite as one nation to condemn it.”
