Joe Biden’s ‘corrupt’ Department of Justice (DOJ) is working overtime to jail peaceful anti-abortion protesters while officials ignore terrorists who have bombed pro-life crisis pregnancy centers.
The Biden administration appears to be doing all it can to criminalize pro-life activity and shut down free speech.
On Wednesday, a case against five pro-life activists went to trial with the claims the activists violated a federal law that makes it illegal to block access to an abortion provider.
The DOJ cited the Freedom to Access Clinic Entrances Act (FACE), a law rarely used to prosecute pro-lifers.
In 2022, Biden’s DOJ used FACE to indict 22 pro-life, anti-abortion activist for their peaceful protests, Life News reported.
This week, Herb Geraghty and Lauren Handy were indicted for standing outside an abortion mill in Washington, D.C.
Another 11 posters were indicted for demonstrating outside an abortion clinic in Mount Juliet, Tennessee, in 2021
The FBI were deployed like stormtroopers to round these people up as if they were terrorists.
According to the federal indictment, the pro-life activists “engaged in a conspiracy to prevent the clinic from providing” and patients from receiving abortion services and violated the FACE Act by “using physical obstruction to intimidate and interfere with the clinic’s employees and a patient.”
The anti-abortion protesters are charged with one count each of violating the FACE Act and conspiracy to “deny a right.”
The defendants also claimed that there were violations of federal law.
They claimed they were protesting outside the clinic because an undercover video showed that the abortion providers were performing procedures in violation of the Born Alive Infant Protection Act and the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act.
In reality, there was no evidence that the pro-lifers barred anyone from entering the clinic.
“[T]he event was mostly pro-life people staging a peaceful sit-in along with singing and praying,” Life News reported.
“[I]t was so lawful and peaceful that local police let them go after minor misdemeanor charges.”
As the Biden regime continues to target Catholics and American parents daring to speak out against child mutilations, the real terrorists and criminals are given a free pass.
