Jimmy Kimmel took a shot at Tucker Carlson on Sunday evening at the Oscars, claiming he manipulated the new January 6 footage.
While the far-left comedian did not refer to Carlson by name, it was obvious it was the Fox News host he was talking about.
“Anyone who’s ever received a text message from their father knows how important editing is,” Kimmel began.
“Editors do amazing things. Editors can turn 44,000 hours of violent insurrection footage into a respectful sightseeing tour of the Capitol,” Kimmel added.

It’s worth noting that Kimmel himself only focused on cherry-picked January 6 footage that the establishment media presented to the American public over the past two years, while Carlson presented a footage that was previously supressed.
Republican House Speaker handed Carlson over 40,000 hours of January 6 footage, allowing Carlson to present an unfiltered view of what went on that day.
However, it appeared Kimmel was upset that the lies of the media and Democrats were being exposed.
Last month, Carlson accused the ‘comedian’ of being “complicit in the greatest crime in history.”

As we previously reported, RINOs and Democrats suffered collective meltdowns over the footage release.
Last week, Republican Leader Mitch McConnell blasted Carlson and Fox News for broadcasting the footage.
Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer called Carlon’s broadcasts of the footage “one of the most shameful hours we have ever seen in the entire history of cable television.”
Speaker Kevin McCarthy confirmed he would “slowly roll out” the January 6 footage to other news media after granting Fox News host Tucker Carlson exclusive access.
On Sunday, McCarthy announced he would “slowly roll out” the footage to other media agencies.
The Speaker also defended his decision to initially give exclusive Carlson access to the footage.
“I didn’t give the tapes. I allowed [Carlson] to come see them, just like an exclusive with anybody else,” McCarthy said on Sunday. “My goal here is transparency.”
