Sex Trafficker Jeffrey Epstein reportedly exploited the cancer diagnosis of his victim’s mother to use as leverage to continue his sexual abuse, according to a new lawsuit.
Epstein allegedly threatened to withhold medical treatment. His victim, an aspiring ballerina, spoke out.
Victim Danielle Bensky, alongside an unidentified co-accuser, initiated legal action against two of Epstein’s closest advisers in a Manhattan federal court.
Bensky met Epstein in 2004 while she was an aspiring dancer.
She said she was coerced into giving him a massage at his New York mansion for $300.
According to the lawsuit, Epstein’s manipulation deepened when he learned her mother was suffering from a brain tumor.
Epstein then falsely claimed he had expertise in neurology and offered to connect Bensky with top surgeons in exchange for recruiting other girls for him.
“Epstein told Bensky that he knew the best surgeons in New York, but that if Bensky wanted Epstein to help her mother, then she would have to recruit other girls for him,” the court documents reveal.
“Over the next year, Epstein threatened Bensky in many ways, including threatening that if she did not abide by his demands, her mother would not get the medical treatment she needed for her brain tumor.”
The lawsuit also describes how Epstein’s threats over her mother’s health care ensnared Bensky in a “cult-like life.”
The New York Post reported:
“Her claims were among those included in the complaint filed last week against Epstein’s longtime personal lawyer, Darren Indyke, and his accountant, Richard Kahn.
The suit alleges Indyke and Kahn helped build the “complex financial infrastructure” that allowed the late pedophile to sexually abuse hundreds of victims over two decades.”
Indyke and Kahn responded to the claims by dismissing them as “factually baseless and legally frivolous” in a statement.
“Neither Mr. Indyke or Mr. Kahn has ever been found in any forum to have committed any misconduct, and they emphatically reject the allegations of wrongdoing contained in the complaint,” their lawyer, Daniel Weiner, stated.
The news comes as the Florida State Seate passed legislation to permit the full release of Epstein Grand Jury documents.

The transcripts of a 2006 grand jury that investigated Jeffrey Epstein’s sexual assaults of underage girls would be released to the public under a bill heading to Florida’s governor after it was unanimously passed by the Legislature.
The bill, which passed the Senate on Wednesday after earlier passing the House, would take effect July 1 if signed by Gov Ron DeSantis. However, a South Florida circuit judge might release the transcripts sooner as part of a lawsuit filed by the Palm Beach Post.
