The home of Democratic Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s son was destroyed by fire in Massachusetts on Tuesday.
The home in the city of Medford, northwest of Boston, was engulfe by flames around 1:00 a.m.
Firefighters worked together to battle the devastating blaze
The cause of the fire is investigation, but there it was confirmed no one was at home during the blaze.
The home is owned by Alexander Warren, the the senator’s youngest child and only son.
Elizabeth Warren’s son paid $1.35 million for the property in April 2021, WFXT reported.

WFXT reproter Julianne Lima revealed firefighters uffered pressure issues because the Warren home was on a hill.
“Neighbors living nearby say they had to evacuate their homes, but firefighters kept the flames from spreading,” she said on Twitter.
Senator Warren issued a statement.
“I deeply appreciate the efforts of the firefighters who worked through the night to put out a fire at our son’s house,” Warren said. “I am grateful that everyone is safe and request privacy for our family.”
Firefighters said they believe the structure is a total loss.
