Republican Representative Clay Higgins of Louisiana said the Biden Administration is “staging a civil war” with the border crisis after reports razor wire barriers were removed along sections of the southern border by the Texas National Guard.
Higgins wrote on X:
“Media: ‘Congressman Higgins, the Supreme Court just ruled in favor of the Biden Admin over the State of Texas, saying that the federal government can remove physical barriers at the border put in place by Texas. What are your thoughts?'”
“Me: ‘My thoughts are that the feds are staging a civil war, and Texas should stand their ground'” he added.

On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled that Biden’s Border Patrol under the Department of Homeland Security can remove the barriers if they so wished.
As per Reuters:
“The justices, in a 5-4 decision, granted a request by President Joe Biden’s administration to pause a lower court’s ruling that temporarily blocked federal agents from disturbing the fencing while litigation over the issue proceeds.”

Earlier this week, new footage surfaced showing illegals attempting to avoid the Texas National Guard in Shelby Park, Texas.
The illegals instead tried to find Biden Border Patrol, knowing officers would be required to help immigrants cross and then process them into the United States.
The Guard is also intercepting the federal government, which prompted the Biden DHS to employ body-worn cameras and record “altercations” with officers.
