A former associate of the Biden family business presented an explosive testimony before a House subcommittee investigating allegations of illegal business practices and influence peddling.
Tony Bobulinski, who worked with Hunter Biden and brother James, testified that Joe Biden was “the Brand” which enabled the door to be opened for massive salaries, bonuses, and board positions in China and Ukraine.
“I want to be crystal clear,” he said.
“From my direct personal experience and what I have subsequently come to learn, it is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the Brand’ being sold by the Biden family.”
Bobulinski continued in his opening statement before lawmakers conducting a presidential impeachment inquiry:
[Biden’s] family’s foreign influence peddling operation — from China to Ukraine and elsewhere — sold out to foreign actors who were seeking to gain influence and access to Joe Biden and the United States government. Joe Biden was more than a participant in and beneficiary of his family’s business; he was an enabler, despite being buffered by a complex scheme to maintain plausible deniability.

Bobulinski worked with James and Hunter Biden on lucrative contracts with ties to CEFC China Energy, a communist government-controlled entity.
The Republican-led subcommittee is investigating President Biden’s role in the dealings to determine whether they should proceed with impeachment.
In a closed-door session with the House subcommittee, Bobulinski testified:
“For nearly four years, I have tried to tell the American people the truth about serious corruption at the very top of their government.”
Bobulinski added:
“The Biden family business was Joe Biden, period. It is clear to me that Joe Biden was ‘the Brand’ being sold by the Biden family.”
If true, as one X user noted, Biden can be considered an “agent controlled by a foreign state.”
Bobulinski testified:
“The Chinese Communist Party through its surrogate, China Energy Company Limited, or ‘CEFC’ — a CCP-linked Chinese energy conglomerate — successfully sought to infiltrate and compromise Joe Biden and the Obama-Biden White House.”
The former naval officer added:
“Joe Biden was aware of the CEFC transaction, enabled it, and had a constitutional responsibility and obligation to the American people to shut it down before it began.”

As The Federalist noted:
Bobulinski publicly made allegations of Biden’s corruption four years ago after revelations from Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop found at a Delaware repair shop. According to emails recovered from the computer, President Biden had been far more intimately involved in his son’s potentially criminal business dealings than he told voters. The former vice president, who was the Obama administration’s point man on Ukraine, had repeatedly denied ever speaking business with his son, “or with anyone else,” and even fat-shamed an Iowa voter who approached the subject on the campaign trail.
Contrary to Joe Biden’s vehement denials, emails show the president was in personal contact with Hunter Biden’s associates and even stood to personally rake in millions from overseas adversaries. Bobulinski gave his first-hand account of Joe Biden’s direct involvement in the family influence-peddling scheme and warned the incoming president was “compromised” by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) even before 2020.
Bobulinski’s testimony echoes another Biden family business associate, Rob Walker, who testified on Jan. 26 that the Bidens’ business relationship with CEFC began in 2015.
According to Walker, Biden attended several business meetings with CEFC chairman Ye Jianming while serving as Vice President under Obama.
He further testified that the Biden family received over $1 million in compensation from CEFC officials in 2017 and a further $5.1 million after Hunter Biden intimated CEFC would receive favorable treatment by government officials by saying he was “sitting here with my father.”
