Former FBI official Peter Strzok claimed September 11, 2001 terror attacks in New York, which killed almost 3000 Americans, was “nothing” to the January 6 “attack” on the Capitol building in 2021.
During an MSNBC segment on Sunday, host Nicolle Wallace claimed January 6 was “the deadliest attack on the U.S. capital in history.”
Strzok agreed:
“I think if you look at the scale in terms of a threat to democracy, 9/11 was a tragedy, we lost thousands of lives in a horrific way,” he said.
“We still mourn to this day. But when you look at something that is an attack on democracy, something that could bring about a fundamental change to American governance, 9/11 is nothing compared to January 6,” Strzok said.
A quick reminder: Peter Strzok was at the helm of the counter-intelligence investigation against Trump, which based its information on the now-discredited Steele dossier.

“The fact that the FBI and the rest of the government, if they are not on the same sort of war footing that we were on in the weeks and months and years after 9/11, shame on everyone,” Strzok said.
“This is a far greater threat to our constitutional democracy than anything we’ve faced in the past 20 or more years,” Strzok continued, adding, “We need to be addressing it the same way [as 9/11].”
“I suspect if they were, if we were, we might hear more about it and I think that’s the sort of thing that gives a lot of observers, those of us who have been in the FBI, a little bit of concern whether the same urgency and approach to the situation, whether that approach is on par with the nature of the threat we’re facing right now,” Strzok whined.

The remaining MSNBC segment moaned about how the FBI was ‘too soft on Trump supporters, compared to police being heavy-handed against BLM rioters.

Strzok was fired from his position at the FBI in 2018 after anti-Trump texts between him and FBI lawyer Lisa Page, with whom he was having an affair, were discovered.
Before Trump won the 2016 presidential election, Strzok told Page that “we won’t allow” Trump to be elected before he became directly involved in the Russia collusion and Hillary Clinton email investigations.
As we reported last month, the FBI sees January 6 as so important it is moving agents off of child sexual abuse investigations in pursuit of political investigations, according to a whistleblower.
Via the House Judiciary GOP:
The FBI whistleblower described how a “manipulative” practice by the FBI overstates the “domestic violent extremism” (DVE) threat nationwide by categorizing Jan 6-related cases as originating in field offices around the country rather than “stemming from a single, black swan incident” in Washington, D.C.
This nutjob needs to be locked up not for his criminal activity but also from severe mental illness that most libs seem to have anyway.
Strzok probably arranged to allow the Saudis to train to fly but not land commercial airliners and facilitated their passage through Logan Airport. No doubt he would be more upset about an operation he screwed up than one he got right. h**g this traitor.
