Georgia District Attorney Fani Willis gave President Trump and other defendants until next Friday to turn themselves in.
A total of 19 people have been indicted, including Trump, on 41 charges.
There are also 30 unindicted co-conspirators.
Those charged included Trump, Mark Meadows, Jenna Ellis, John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Jeffrey Clark, and Mike Roman.
On Monday, the Soros-backed DA held a press conference after the unsealed indictment against Trump.
Just hours earlier, a document outlining charges against Trump was posted online before being retracted.
Willis gave Trump and other defendants until next Friday to surrender.
“I am giving the defendants the opportunity to voluntarily surrender no later than noon on Friday the 25th day of August 2023,” Willis said.

Cameras will also be allowed in the Fulton County courtroom.
Earlier this week, Trump also hit out at Fani Willis on Truth Social:
“No, I didn’t tamper with the election!” Trump wrote.
“Those who rigged & stole the election were the ones doing the tampering, & they are the slime that should be prosecuted,” Trump added.
“I made a perfect phone call of protest. Why wasn’t this fake case brought 2.5 years ago? Election interference!” he said.
