Joe Biden is attempted to communicate with the King’s Royal Guard, not realizing they are not allowed to talk back.
When the royal Guard is on duty, they are not permitted to smile or laugh.
Obviously, Biden was unaware of this, or he had probably forgotten after being briefed due to his declining mental ability.
The King’s Royal Guard are some of the toughest that Britain has to offer, according to Reader’s Digest.
Traditionally, the Royal Guard is not allowed to talk to anyone other than members of the monarchy.

After Biden tried to start a conversation with the guard, King Charles III shuffled the aging president along, as you would with old grandpa.
As The Daily Fetched reported earlier, Biden appeared to shuffle along slowly as he met with King Charles III at Windsor Castle, even appearing to hold onto the King to help himself walk.
