Women have expressed anger with Nike by launching a “Burn Bra Challenge” on TikTok after the sports brand chose biological male Dylan Mulvaney to promote its new bras.
Mulvaney, a biological male identifying as a woman, announced a number of lucrative brand endorsement deals, including female-specific products like Olay skin cream and now Nike sports bras.
The transgender Biden supporter recently posted a video of himself prancing around in a Nike sports bra and leggings, which did not get a good reaction on social media.

Dylan Mulvaney is now being paid 💰by Nike Women to promote sports bras- even though he’s a man!
Another day, another company slapping all women in the face by mocking them and paying a man to take their place! #nike… pic.twitter.com/XK33HJYo63
One TikTok user called ‘chatterbox.mama’ who said she was “sick and tired” of Nike pushing women around, posted a video of herself setting a Nike bra on fire.
“All you real women out there – we are in the fight of all fights,” the woman told her 140,000 followers.
“Since the 1960s, we have been fighting for the right to be women,” she added. “Nike, you should be ashamed of yourself.”

Good! Let's make Nike the next target.

“You chose a little boy with no breasts and some junk in his pants to represent real women,” said the social media user, adding, “Nike, I am done with you.”
“I will never, ever buy a Nike product for as long as I live,” she said. “And there are millions and millions and millions of women just like me.”
The “Burn Bra Challenge” is continuing to take TikTok by storm, which could make Nike the new ‘woke’ casualty.
Meanwhile, Bud Light, the beer company that also endorsed Mulvaney, saw unprecedented backlash.
Parent company Anheuser-Busch has since lost $6 billion in market value, with a share drop of almost five percent, destroying the company’s market capitalization.
As The Daily Fetched reported, Anheuser-Busch distributors in America’s heartland are “spooked” by the unprecedented public backlash against the recent Bud Light campaign endorsing transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney.
According to an industry insider from Beer Business Daily, distributors in America’s heartland and the South have become spooked and are worried about their associations with the beer company:
“We reached out to a handful of A-B [Anheuser-Busch] distributors who were spooked, most particularly in the Heartland and the South, and even then in their more rural areas,” the insider said.
On Monday, the marketing Vice President for Bud Light, Alissa Heinerscheid, claimed the beer company’s humor was “out of touch” and needed revamping.
“I’m a businesswoman, I had a really clear job to do when I took over Bud Light, and it was ‘This brand is in decline, it’s been in a decline for a really long time, and if we do not attract young drinkers to come and drink this brand there will be no future for Bud Light,'” Heinerscheid said.
