Bill Maher left his audience stunned by calling out the hypocrisy of far-left radical “Trump haters” who accused Donald Trump of antisemitism, who he said are now the ones carrying “tiki torches.”
Antisemitism in the US, mostly notably on college campuses, has exploded in the wake of the recent attack on Israel by Hamas terrorists.
Where is the hatred coming from?
The so-called “tolerant” left.
For decades, the media portrayed progressives as “tolerant” while framing conservatives as racists, white Supremacists, and Nazis.
However, the left has now become the racist Nazis.
Maher expressed his shock about the behavior of his own party.

“I must admit — I don’t think of myself as a naive person and I’ve been surprised,” Maher said.
“It was like a volcano that blew — I mean just that people in the United States that are ‘F*** Israel!’ you know, ‘Any means necessary!’
“I don’t know where this comes from,” Maher said.
“I guess it’s ancient, obviously, the hatred of the Jews goes way back… but… I was taken aback by this.”
“Why this one place?” Maher continued.
“Why does this arouse… especially among young people?” he said incredulously.
“I mean, young people hated Trump because he wouldn’t condemn the people with the tiki torches. Talking about Jews…”
“You’re the one with the tiki torches now!” Bill Maher told “Trump haters.”
Liberals criticized Trump for the now-debunked quote about neo-Nazis and white supremacists.
However, Trump called racism “evil” and repeatedly condemned neo-Nazis and white supremacists but noted there were also non-extremists, “fine people on both sides,” protesting during the removal of Confederate statues at Charlottesville.

But Trump was falsely accused by the media of siding with bigots, which is still a regular talking point used by President Joe Biden, even though it has been proven false.
The events of October 7 revealed that Israelis have been trying to appease an enemy that would not stop until they are annihilated, but also exposed the antisemitism and Jewish hatred simmering among Democrats.
Maher once believed that the progressive movement represented tolerance.
He didn’t realize the opposite was true.
