Global elites, including Bill Gates and Climate Czar John Kerry, will fly by gas-guzzling private jets to attend the COP 28 climate event on Thursday in Dubai.
The 2023 United Nations Climate Change Conference expects a record turnout for the annual event, where global elites run shoulders as they hypocritically call on us peasants to reduce our carbon footprint.
Among the elites will be King Charles, who will deliver the opening address as he joins thousands of others who have snubbed video conferencing to fly on carbon-spewing aircraft.
The 70-000-plus attendees is double the number of COP21 delegates in Paris.
Elites will also join over 160 heads of member states, who will grace events, including the World Climate Action Summit.
The attendees will also include government officials, climate scientists, Indigenous peoples, journalists, and various stakeholders.
The irony is that COP28 is hosted in the United Arab Emirates, a major oil-producing state.
The president of COP28, Sultan Al Jaber, is head of the UAE state-owned oil company ADNOC, which looks to profit from the continued use of fossil fuels globally.
Joe Biden spoke at COP27 in 2022, however, he won’t be attending this year and will send climate envoy John Kerry to fly in on his gas-guzzling private jet.
In 2019, Kerry faced scrutiny when he traveled to Iceland by private jet to receive a climate change award.

When asked why he chose to fly private while preaching against others to mind their global emissions, he said private jets are “the only choice for someone like me.”
“If you offset your carbon, it’s the only choice for somebody like me who is traveling the world to win this battle,” Kerry said.

On Tuesday, The United Nations (UN) called on America and the West to dramatically reduce meat consumption as they align with the World Economic Forum’s (WEF) climate goals for 2030.
The UN’s Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO) is set to publish a new global food systems roadmap for the upcoming COP28 climate summit in Dubai.
FAO will demand that America and other nations that “over-consume meat” limit their meat consumption to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change, according to Bloomberg.
Jeremy Coller, the chair and founder of the FAIRR Initiative, said in a recent statement:
“The failure of leading meat and dairy companies to reduce emissions underlines the urgent need for more policy focus on the food and agriculture sector.”
“Food system emissions deserve a place at the top of the table, alongside energy and transport, as they represent an estimated third of greenhouse gas emissions and 40% of methane,” he continued.
“Investors hope the first-ever publication of a food and agriculture road map at COP28 this month will catalyze the transition to 1.5 degrees and a more sustainable food system.”
