Joe Biden’s Justice Department issued another court filing in the classified documents case against President Donald Trump, blocking him from disclosing classified documents and evidence that will be shared with his lawyers.
Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart sided with Biden’s “weaponized” DOJ and issued a protective order barring the Trump from disclosing certain evidence in Jack Smith’s politically motivated classified documents case.
Trump will also have limited access to the documents.
“The Discovery Materials, along with any information derived therefrom, shall not be disclosed to the public or the news media, or disseminated on any news or social media platform, without prior notice to and consent of the United States or approval of the Court,” Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart said in the protective order.
“Defendants shall only have access to Discovery Materials under the direct supervision of Defense Counsel or a member of Defense Counsel’s staff.,” Reinhart continued.
“Defendants shall not retain copies of Discovery Material,” Reinhart added.
The Hill reported:
The order sides with the Justice Department in allowing Trump to see evidence collected in the case — including classified documents — but only in the presence of his attorneys.
It also blocks him from disseminating any information from the case with reporters or on social media, mirroring a similar order agreed to in the hush money case being prosecuted by authorities in New York.
The Justice Department, in its Friday request, said that restrictions were required, as its investigation could yield additional arrests.
“The materials also include information pertaining to ongoing investigations, the disclosure of which could compromise those investigations and identify uncharged individuals,” the department wrote.
Trump was indicted by a federal grand jury in Miami last week and was hit with 37 counts related to classified documents stored at Mar-a-Lago.
As The Daily Fetched reported over the weekend, a huge majority of registered voters believe the indictment of former President Donald Trump is “election interference” and a “politically motivated” strategy designed to stop him from returning to the White House, according to a Harvard/Harris poll.
The poll, conducted after Trump’s arraignment, shed light on the public perception of the 37-count indictment relating to classified documents Trump allegedly took to Mar-a-Lago when he left the White House.
As we reported on Tuesday last week, President Donald Trump raised more than $7 million since Special Counsel Jack Smith announced his indictment.
This happened with Trump’s first indictment when he raised $4 million within the first 24 hours after the news broke that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg had indicted him in April.
Do they ever learn?
Trump’s campaign issued a press release after fundraising numbers hit $6.6 million.
However, a Trump campaign source told Breitbart News the number is now well over $7 million.
